We only use the data provided to us for providing our services and processing orders. Using the data for any other purposes requires prior consent of our customers.

Object of protection
All personal data within the meaning of Section 3(1) of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) is protected, i.e. any information concerning the personal or material circumstances of an identified or identifiable individual. This shall include all data which allow drawing a conclusion on the individual’s identity, in particular (e.g. name, postal address, e-mail address and phone number). It is a controversial issue whether IP addresses are considered as personal data. According to German data protection authorities, they actually are to be considered personal data. This view, however, is not shared by all courts since the website operator would only be able to identify the visitors of his site with the help of the access provider, which however, is not allowed to make this information available to the website operator because there is no legal basis for doing so.

E-mail newsletter
Subscription of our e-mail newsletter requires the collection and saving of our e-mail address. This information, however, will only be used for the purpose of sending the newsletter and will not be forwarded to third parties.
